Our founding vision and story

MAMS was founded in 2008 with the goal of partnering with world leaders to identify and solve critical problems facing society. Our team has gained valuable experience working in diverse countries such as the UAE, KSA, Qatar, USA, UK, EU, Africa, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore.

Many projects were successful but we would like to highlight our failures in few projects with pride as we have learnt a lot from the failure wind and now we are more confident and in much altered state to handle and reach any location with sheer focus and zeal to successfully execute and deliver the project and investments. “Failure gives us the opportunity to bounce back, to learn from our mistakes, and helps us appreciate success. Failure can be frightening, "success is all about going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm.

THE MAMS came in to existence, at a time when India & UAE was still in the early stages of its transformation from a relatively just a city into the multicultural global capital of today. Earlier Started to provide housing with the concept of Urban Affordable Smart Home’s townships by a caption “HOME FOR ALL” catering to underserve population who have not been given fair purchase power due to speculative commercial realty sector. Currently, with years of global presence and experience we are in the areas Agriculture to Real Estate/Infra: Trading to Gold Mines and partnered with few of the top world class technological sector from Robotics to artificial intelligence.

THE MAMS is led by a dynamic visionary team who lent great ideas and has been in the forefront of transformational models to various decision makers across global platforms. We as a group, target Global Impact’s approach in investing behind scalable, commercial opportunities that contribute to solutions that addresses critical global challenges, as well as highlights of the portfolio’s contribution to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

We seek to engage with management teams to help our portfolio companies scale their businesses and achieve more and greater financial success, incremental positive impact, and improved ESG performance. To achieve these goals, we leverage the full suite of global resources.

All our projects are social impact projects which seek to achieve financial as well as societal and environmental returns. At the same time we adopt a tech-enabled supply chain approach, merging the physical and digital worlds for a better business model. Our company will utilize robotic process automation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies to provide value to our eco system.
